hello, you should request a copy of the brief from police. this will detail what facts are alleged. The answer to this question will be determined by how much police say you had. "a reasonable amount" for your self would be insufficent to prove supply. it is possible that with a suitable submission to polce, you couls plead guilty to a charge of possession. for a first time offence, small qty, you may not get a conviction. you may need a lawyer to take the case though to make the submission, i hope this is satisfactory, please click accept
