Verified Can you please advise as to the feasibility/appropriateness of going into recess for a limited period, or whether we would have to wind up as a state committee?
Going into recess isn't really an option here. The best path forward if you are having trouble attracting committee members would be to end the incorporated body, and simply join the Victorian one. The Constitution of the Victorian incorporated body should then be amended to reflect the changes.
