VerifiedHi, the courts final order states that my sister must see the children 5 concurrent times at a contact center supervised thereafter once a fortnight on a saturday for 4hrs. I have been told that if she doesnt comply to the 5 supervised visits what the contact center organises than she can not see them until they have left school??? is this right???

i have called my solicitor again today though have had no reply, i only get her assistant who tells me that she can not give any legal information??? she tells me that my solicitor will call me asap that was at 9am this morning, i have had no phone call from her and being friday need to contact her again on monday. Though access with grandmother will be this sunday, my sister is supposed to be there!!
