I'm sorry to say that because an application for child support was not made when she was younger you are unable to seek an order for backdated child support.
The situation you describe is is terrible for your daughter and the best you can do is to try and comfort her and help her get over this rejection.
Having said that as his daughter she will always be entitled to part of his estate on his death. He cannot disown her to the point of leaving her out of his will.
There is enough evidence that he is her biological father and that should anything happen to him if she chooses she would be able to make a claim.
But unfortunately there is no possibility for making a claim for backdated child-support.
