Not yet have been trying to avoid that by making private arrangements. Those arrangements are now being disregarded due to his new relationship. Before he left we took out a loan for purchase of car and household whitegoods or washing machine and dryer. He at time stated he would take over all payments but is now stating that it's not his responsibility and that it should be half half. We were together for just short of 19yrs. He is refusing to pay for repairs. I have driven vehicle 3 times.once upon purchase, then not until returned 2months later unregistered and damaged. The other time was to take to mechanics for repairs as he has left me with no vehicular freedom and children to transport. What ground do I have to make him and his partner pay full costing of repairs??? … read more
