I cannot advise you whether or not to proceed with this scheme but I know from other questions that people have lost a lot of money.
In order to determine if it is a scam you can contact the ACCC and see whether they have any record of it being reported as a scam.
I would be very wary of anything that offers compounding returns especially of those rights.
