This is in relation to a traffic offence?
Does he have other similar matters on his traffic record?
Can you advise me of the section and the act under which he has been charged to appear before the court?
Good Morning
I have had a look at the act and fot the first offence the maximum penalty is is liable to a fine not exceeding $3 000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years
With the amount of the drug I am unable to see any penalty.
Here is the penalty section that sets out the maximum penalties under the act

I again believe he will get a fine and possibly a good behaviour bond.
