The reason they went to court in Nov was regarding DVO and nothing else, he felt at this time the magistrate thought she was very petty. She had told him she was taking the boys to Rockhampton. And of course he got angry. He abused her over the phone, hence the DVO.The ex partner tried to interrupt a few times and the magistrate basically told her to sit down. Ex want case moved...but mag said that she would deal with this in her court...on 17th Jan...so of course Craig went to court expecting to see same mag...but a different one who seemed to have a different view...????????(Maybe after reading whatever extra lies she had written) The first mag had spoken about resolution/counselling etc...but Bec has refused..... So when reading the documents that you listed, there were a few things I'm unsure about....ie. In Part A Orders sought, where you tick the boxes, what is meant by the declaration. We know Craig is only interested in the Children.... They use to have a reasonable, for her, verbal arrangement. as he works full time to pay child support and rent a suitable home for the boys...he is lucky to have $20 left each week. So he never goes out, He is there for the boys...but only if it suits her. So I was therefore unsure about the "Final Orders" section.. And then when I read over Sect 601.....and knowing that she said no...and as far as existing orders etc with the court....He doesn't know what she has added. He didn't know that his boys were also listed...when will he have a say!!!!!!! He is always being put down......I'm extremely worried about him. She is very evil. She is pressing every button. She is poisoning the minds of those boys. They are already unsure of how to react to other children, friends etc if their mum has told them not to talk to them. When I have been there and noticed their change in behaviour towards other children, I have asked what's wrong and their answer has been that mummy said we don't like them. What is she saying about u?. What kind of evidence does he need for the affidavit?...ie does it have to be about her, the boys or??? Does he write down all the things that she has done to him, said to him etc.???? What have the boys been told about him? Daddy doesn't want you any more????When she wouldn't bring the boys at Xmas, he hecame so angry that he did say for her to go.....she told the boys Daddy doesn't want them....he spoke to them briefly Mon when he rang up to wish Matt all the best for school...this was when he thought they were still near by. the boys were both very quiet!!!! He also rang Sat and told they were out with the new boyfriend. How does my son know what all these men are like in and out of her life with his sons. We don't even know what is listed on their birth certificates. When first son was born her mother suggested that they say Craig wasn't there so she'd get more $...he didn't agree with this...but she has always done what she wants. There is so much he could say....
