Forgot the return sends *&% My query is an outstanding
Hello - forgot the return sends *&% My query is an outstanding telephone bill from Norfolk Island Regional Council's Telecom Section. When I was retrenched Fri 1600 6th December 2019 I visited their customer service centre (CSC) Mon 9th Dec to have my phone/data service disconnected and receive the $200 bond back. Staff informed me Oct 19 bill is not paid $648.19. I always received bills via email and had not received Oct. I asked if there was someone I could discuss this matter with but no one was available. For the two years my bills were $67.50 and from Aug 19 bills reduced to $66.50. I left Norfolk on Tue 10th Dec 19 with nothing resolved. Sent an email to CSC 22nd Dec 19 and requested this matter to be looked into and early Jan 20 their reply from the Team Leader Telecom was "the usage is on my bill I need to paid it". On the 9th Feb 20 sent an email to Bruce Taylor (BT) - Group Manager Services my direct report explaining this matter. Again on the 7th Mar 20 as I received another outstanding bill to pay. Again on the 14th Apr 20 email BT after receiving another bill. On this email I cc Leanne Webb who is the manager of the Telecom Team Leader and this was fwd to CSC and the reply on 20th Apr 20 was in-short pay up. Again on 21st May 20 another email sent to BT as I was in receipt another bill. Again received another bill 1st Jun 20 and sent BT another email to assist me but no prevail. Again received another Telecom bill 1st Jun 20 and fwd this BT wishing to gain closure. Additionally I have telephoned BT on two occasions 28th Apr 20 for 5 mins and 21st May 20 for 4 mins and on this call BT said he would action this matter tomorrow being Fr 22nd May 20. Again to no prevail. I look forward to your and appreciate assistance, thank you. Kind regards ***** ***** 0488 277 003 … read more
