Did the court say what his mandatory disqualification period is before he can get Interlock?
Did the court set out how long he had to be on the interlock program?
What state are you in?
Good Morning
There are various steps that have to be followed.
He has to be assessed in the 12 months he cannot drive before the interlock can be fitted.
Here is the participants information package for him to look at.

It is very detailed on what has to happen.
He should have received a copy of the court order as well.
If not you have to go to the court and get a copy.
