Thanks for your answer, I would like your advice/ guidance on 3 related matters:

1. On 30 Sept the Family Court declared the Divorce effective; now comes the tedious matters on the Financial Settlement and children's custody and support. "L", at an earlier date made an "Without Prejudice" offer to accept a settlement of $X. Even though this offer was much higher than what "C" considered fair, "C" agreed so as to avoid the cost and hassle of having to contest the case in Court.
Question: L subsequently backed down from settling on what he proposed. Is this considered "negotiating in Bad Faith" and what is the Australian Legislation covering this unfair "Negotiating Tactic" ?

2. In considering valuation of Assets in settlement, what would the appropriate date to be used? The couple decided to Separate in Mid-Nov 2008 (L left Singapore and moved back to Australia). The couple was formally divorced (Sydney Family Court) on 30 Sept 2011.

3. I would like an understanding / knowledge on Legislation and Rules regarding SuperAnnuation Funds in Australia. In Singapore, Super Annuations are handled by the Government of Singapore's Central Provident Fund Board ("CPF"). All employees, including Foreigners, have to contribute to CPF. Funds with CPF will normally only be released on death or on reaching retirement age (62). Only way to have funds released before retirement age is to declare that one is leaving Singapore "permanently" because of emigation or repatriation. Does similar rules apply in Australia? L previously worked for a major Australian Company. Could he make a withdrawal earlier on the basis that he would be taking up permanent residence in Singapore (even though he subsequently returned to Australia)?

Further to my earlier questions sent in my e-mail dated 11th October (and resent in the e-mail sent a few minutes ago)
I would like to seek clarification on procedural information on Australian Family Law, and wonder if you may be able to comment on the following?
1. To confirm that for divorce cases in Australia, all applications pertaining to children/parenting orders, financial orders, child maintenance are all separate applications that are not inter-connected with each other.
2. Whether it is possible notwithstanding a divorce is granted in Australia, it is possible for the rest of the ancillary issues relating to children/parenting orders, financial orders and child maintenance to be heard in a jurisdiction outside Australia and in my particular case, Singapore?
3. What are the statutes or case law references that make provide evidence of these points?
