My nephew has a child with his ex and they are not getting along the very best and the mother is scared he is trying to kidnap the baby from her so today I as the mutual aunty was asked to baby sit the baby by the mother who had the baby in her care at the time she never gave the baby to the father in anyway she gave the baby to me to look after and allowed the father's mother to have her for the weekend from today until Sunday but I as their relative I am certain that the baby is not going to be handed back to myself or the mother as when this was agreed to be allowed to happen the babies mother has no idea that the father has been picked up and taken the a farm with the baby when he claimed to the babies mum that he wasn't able to help her so she has no idea the father is with the baby and that they have no intention of returning the baby Are they allowed to sneakily organise with the mum for the grandmother to pick the baby up from me and return her on Sunday and then sneakily go collect the other parent so that they can kidnap the baby being that he is the father etc as I believe that it was planned by them in advance to try and take the baby and not have to return her but I don't know if they can do they because it was organised that the baby would be picked up by the grandmother from the aunties home can the father sneakily go to the grandmothers property so they can keep her out there etc and what can we do if they refuse to return the baby to my home like arranged by the mother and the grandmother … read more
