Verified If a catholic man has been previously married and subsequently divorced, and then remarries a Catholic (by law single) woman in a Catholic Church in Perth, WA is that marriage VALID or INVALID in accordance with the Western Australian Marriage Laws
Assuming the Catholic woman was not legally married when she married you, and she was at least 18 years old, then the marriage would be legally recognisable in Australia.
