Good Afternoon
A will can be contested in WA up to 6 months after probate has been granted by the court.
As he has given his assets away then the will cannot deal with this as they no longer exist in his name and do not form part of the estate.
If the estate has no assets then there is nothing to give away under the will and the gifts fail.
Any challenge of the will is a waste of money as there is nothing to distribute.
