Verified Can we do anything to stop this bad behaviour, both are old who have been involved with OC a long time without doing anything in the complex.
You can report this to the Australian Federal Police. It is an offence to send a harassing or menacing message using a carriage service (email is a carriage service under the Crimes Act).
As such you should let them know they committed a criminal offence, and if they do so again by sending anymore emails, you will report the matter to the police and seek to have them charged.
