All I can tell you is that under the Fair Work Act the minimum standards
you are entitled to 13 weeks pay
http://www.fairwork.gov.au/termination/redundancy/pages/how-much-redundancy-pay.aspx
4 weeks notice and any unpaid annual leave.
Now if they have less than 15 employees then they are not required to pay you any redundancy.
You can ask them what they are offering as a redundancy. They cannot offer less than the minimum.
