I have had to break a lease due to hardship caused by the Family Court which is over worked because of Covid 19. My trial case has been delayed for 2 years and their will be no property settlement for me until then. He has not seen the property for several years and has had a couple of previous long term tenants. His wife came to the property with the real estate agent 5 days ago.
