Are you an independent contractor or an employee?
Do you have an ABN and are you registered fro GST?
Good Evening
If you are in independent contractor they are not liable to pay your superannuation as you are self employed.
If you are issuing them with tax invoices they should show the GST and they should be paying it.
If they are not paying you then they are in breach of the contract and you have a right to sue.
You need to send them a letter setting out what they owe you and that you wish them to pay you in accordance with the contract.
