I have been trying to get administration over my mother's
My name is***** have been trying to get administration over my mother's half of my parent's estate for nearly three years now. My parents were tenants in common. My mother passed away in 2012 and my father passed away in 2014. I applied for and gained administration for my fathers half and then I was told I had to apply for my mothers half.
