VerifiedThe first thing you need is an independent building report stating that the developers cut corners and did not properly install the tanks. Without that, you would have no basis to sue the developers.
Once you do have it, you can then sue the developers in the QCAT for the cost of having the plumbers rectify the tanks so they are connected to mains water.
