As you are an Australian Resident you are required to declare all income earned in Australia and overseas. You are liable to pay tax here.
You are not liable to pay tax in the US, UK or Canada because you are not a resident for tax purposes their.
You do not need an ABN as it is a foreign income and it is GST exempt. You simply declare the money from Overseas in Australian Dollars at the end of the financial year and you will be advised on what tax you have to pay.
You can also claim any expenses associated in the earning of the income.
If they hold tax from your money overseas you need to advise your accountant and Australia has treaties with the US UK and Canada and you will get credit here for the tax you paid there.
