If you are in Australia you would be best to apply for a divorce here.
If you have been separated for 12 months then you can apply.
It will take 2 months to get the divorce.
If you are not a permanent resident I do not believe you will be able to sponsor your new wife to come live here are you have not got the right to live here permanently.
Only a citizen or permanent resident can sponsor someone to come love here permanently.
You should speak to a migration agent as soon as possible to get options about changing your visa to a permanent visa.
