You cannot keep the money as it is fraud and if it is reported to the police you can be charged.
If you bank the money then you have stolen it knowing you are not entitled to it.
You should contact them and advise them of the error and confirm who you should send it to and make sure you send it by registered post so that it does not get lost.
It is tempting to keep it but they will track it down and they can charge you interest for failing to return it.
