Problem re Parcel delivery. I ordered an item from America
Yes I ordered an item from America and last night I checked my Email at about 9.00 pm and saw a message from Ebay that a parcel had been delivered to my address at about 7.00pm that evening. I checked mailbox and searched front of premises but no parcel. My wife and IK were home all afternoon and evening and no-one rang our doorbell to make a delivery. I have never received a delivery before at that time of night. I contacted the seller and they advised me to start with Ebay regarding no delivery however Ebay recognises that the parcel was delivered so can't automatically start a complaint re this.
