<p>My seperated husband who left my 5yo daughter and self for a life of young 20's and singledome has just told me 'You are no longer required' for extra looking after lotus when he is at his teaching prac for university. this came about when i was planning my week for next week and sent a 2nd email asking. He replied with thankyou for the early communications - You are no longer required' Like i'm some employee. HE also added ' other arrangements have been made. As i've said You are No Longer Required' I've been dealing with domestic violence emotional financial psycological from my husband for 6 years now and because i'm breaking away from his control he is now using our daughter by telling her she can not be around my family by calling them names and also scaring her by saying he's going to force her to stay with him for 3 nights. Our daughter is adimant that she doesn't want to stay any nights with him & just see him during the daylight hours. I also have found out whilst our little one is asleep at his house he invites various women over to look at how beautiful she is asleep them 'romances' them on his couch. I am horrified! Could someone please help me if I'm entitled to know who is caring for our little girl when he is at his prac teaching especially if I'm available to take her to school and pick her up from school every day of the week? Also she is stressd she cries n screams in his car as he speeds off with her in his car...she's traumatised, clingy and all she says is please mummy don't make me stay nights with him. How do I protect her? I would be so appreciative of an answer. My husband in the past has threatened to take her away and have me locked up which is ridiculous cause I don't know what for however I am scared he's planning something.</p><p> please note this husband has lied to child support that he earns nothing when he earns $70000 cash in hand, so has to only pay $49 per year, pays nothing towards little miss's schooling, clothing, extra cirricula activities eg swimming ballet. and is very manipulative, verbally abusive and a cunning conartist. I have also suggested mediation and he refuses & doesn't want to use solicitors..he also offered me a seperation payment of $20 000 2 days into miscarrying our second child as an offering to not touch his property. I am very happy & open for little miss when she's says and feeling more comfortable to stay nights with him when she is ready. he only wants her on a monday and tuesday nights. he doens't want her weekends as it interfers with his weekend socialising though he'll tell you he's running his 'business'. just adding extra bits</p>
