sorry i didn't explain my self properly i had tried to purchase a Holden Colorado in which i traded two jeeps on this vehicle one jeep had finance which was ok the other jeep we owned out right the car yard had come to our residence and pick the two jeeps up as they requested .it had been two weeks and we hadn't herd anything so i contacted them and they said that they had forward my loan application onto a broker that could help me so i finally got hold of him and he then started the application on my behalf so now its been 3 weeks with out our cars and finally got a call saying that my loan had been approved so on the day i was to pick up the car they said that one jeep had an encumbered on it so i check it out and yes that was correct so they said that they required 15500 to make the deal happen so they tried to get me a personal loan for that money with no luck so as it stands the loan has settled on the Monday everyone got there money and i was to pick up the new car on the Wednesday in which i found out about the jeep .so they said that they would revers the loan and we get our cars back so i thought now they have asked me to get a 7500 loan to make this happen so i tried with no luck .i have since rang the finance company liberty whether or not this was going to happen they have told me that no request has been sent to revers the loan so im paying of a car i dont have they are holding both jeeps and are refusing to hand back our vehicles i have tried to resolve with no luck dont know were to go or turn to for help … read more
