I am writing regarding an issue involving my ex abusive husband and our 2 year old daughter. We attended court on the 19th of january and the supoenered information regarding ongoing domestic violence (which was witnessed by all 3 children including 2 of my own from a previous marriage) was not viewed by the judge as it arrived in court on the day of the hearing. My ex huband was able to extend his injunction on me which prohibits me moving with my children anywhere outside of own local area Donnybrook and also obtained excessive visitation with our 2year old daughter who is noticably not handling the extended hours 3 times a week. Now i have just opened mail today that suggests my ex husband has filed an 'Initiating application' - 'Form 1' seeking even more extended visitation with the end result of our 2 year old living with him for a week and then with me for a week. I have 2 older children whom all of us have attatchment issues,, namely my 2 year old daughter.. i have a 16 year old son whom will not attend school this year as the family court have given my ex permission to return the baby back to our place of residence, causing severe insecurity in all my children and myself once again. I desperately need some guidance and help as i do not know how else to protect my children and am devestated and sickly worried about my 2 year old daughter in the hands of my ex .. who is a drug user and extremely violent..I would also like to know the consequences of just moving like we had originally planned to do last year to a location in Perth that is 2 hours away from my ex place of residence.. which also allows better visitation for my older two children with their father as they need as much help and guidance in recovery from the fear and anxiety they now experience from witnessing and being part of this ongoing emotional and physical violence by my ex.... Please can you help?
