VerifiedIn terms of child support, this is generally worked out by the Child Support Agency based on how much you earn, not on a set percentage like 15%. And what you should really do to avoid hassle's with the CSA (who can go after you in the UK, just so you know), is work out a private child support agreement with her. Once you both sign such an agreement, the CSA will not get involved nor take any action against you.
