Yes, the wife can do that. To do so, an order freezing this account needs to be made in the Initiating Application.

The wife cannot place a freezing order by herself, this needs to be done through an accredited family law specialist.
And in answer tom your second question, yes, the wife is entitled to a portion of the company's assets and liabilities.
