Hello. My wife and I have a Self Managed Super Fund, of which I am the director. We are changing the administrator. When notified of the change the current administrator produced three invoices, one for the year ending June 2020, one year ending 2017, one year ending 2018. We have no dispute with the 2020 invoice but think that because of the amount of time that has lapsed they shouldn't be able to charge for 2017 &2018.I have checked with our financial advisor and no invoices were produced in that time for the outstanding amounts. I have checked my account and these monies weren't direct debited , even though the administrator had direct debit access. Whilst these recent negotiations were in progress the administrator direct debited all three invoices. Can they legally do this. Regards *************** … read more
