I had a roadhouse up north where we sold Kleenheat gas for cars. When I purchased the business the tanks for gas where in place. I had to fill out a credit application which expired after 5 years but we carried on sell and purchasing gas after that. Didn't resign a contract. 2 years later Kleenheat tell me they will no longer supply me as there where a number of sites being closed around WA. For another 2 years we traded with no gas but tanks still in please. I eventually sold business and moved on, Some 2 years later I get a $15 000.00 bill from them for removal of tanks. When I contacted them they refused to negotiate and followed by putting cavities on my property. I contacted there lawyer but he informed me they where not moving. I don't understand why in a long line of owners they hold me responsible. I don't have a lot of money and don't intend to sell me property as I are nearly 60 years old. This has been a huge stress on me as dealing with cyclones was much easier. Can you please help me. … read more
