No legal steps just contacted elder abuse and they organised counselling and would have organised further services if mum had agreed but she refused because my brother has been living with her since before her 2nd husband died he had no idea of my brothers background and my mum hid it now he,s stopping everyone freinds family church great grand babies everyone monitoring phone calls photos emails he controls everything but she has now made him power of attorney and he,s stopped most home care accept shower I am her medical power of attorney I had to go on anti depressants due to the way he was treating her lat year and I couldn,t get her out of their so yesterday we went up to visit her he didn,t realise we were their cause it's a 124 acre property with a 35 square home and we were their 3 hrs visiting 💙 before he realised then he started berating eveybody screaming yelling for 2 hours he carried on even though we went outside to difuse it and into the kitchen to make lunch ect.he just continued to yell and abuse and when mum told him to go away she had no more freinds visit anymore more because of him I,m sick of it I want visitors go away leave the alone it's you he just continues.
