unfortunately not because of the previous offence and also it is in the mid range and just under high range.
The court would be very reluctant to deal with the matter with no conviction recorded.
But as I say to all clients there is no harm in asking that they use their discretion and not convict.
I would suggest you speak to a Solicitor in QLD about this and also ask if you undertake a Traffic Offenders program may assist.
