at the worst the court will tell you that you should not swear at your daughter.
On one incident the court would not change where the child lives.
Your ex husband has over-reacted and the court will also tell him this.
I suggest you do nothing and if he decides to do anything he has to go to mediation first to see if you can resolve things. He cannot simply go to court.
