VerifiedAs mentioned in the other post you can record a conversation but not use it against the people that you are recording unless they have knowledge that you are recording the conversation.
In the workplace it is very different. An Employer can be in breach of the Surveillance Devices (Workplace Privacy) Act 2006 (Vic)
