You have the right to appear before the parole board and to tell them your views on the matter, but that is the extent of what you can do. Obviously if his own family members are saying he is unfit for release, that will weigh heavily in the minds of the board and make it less likely they will grant him parole.

If you don't think an AVO will suffice, then your best bet would be to have a private eye tail him and hopefully catch him committing an offence once he is released. With evidence, (ie.) photo's or video footage, etc. you can then take that to the police and hope they take him into custody for breaching his parole conditions.
