If the problem persists after the warranty expires, then you can sue on the basis that they failed to properly repair/rectify the problem during the warranty period.
Obviously you would need a lawyer to assist with that, and it would be a hassle going to Court over it, but its pretty much your only option once the warranty expires.

You could sue them on the basis that the Winnebaygo was not fit for its intended purpose, but if you want to pursue that, you would have to issue a Claim and Statement of Claim in the Magistrates Court - and you would need a lawyer to draft those documents.
