If she is harassing you, then you can take out a protection order against her which would preclude her from having any further contact or communication with you. Once you have this order, if she then makes comments towards you, you can call the police who will arrest her for breaching the order.
To obtain this kind of order, you need to attend your local police station and fill out some forms. The police will then get a Magistrate to sign off on the order, and they will then deliver the order to her personally.

My new neighbour plans to build an extension to an existing house. His surveyor claims our existing (western) boundary fence is out of line and has marked a new boundary which encroaches onto our property. They dug trenches for footings for the walls for the new extension and on seeing the alteration to the boundary I called my neighbour and discussed the matter indicating I (and my northern neighbour) was doubtful of the change and would like to verify it.
