VerifiedHelloCustomer without seeing the full order I believe that what the paragraph means is that the wife can do anything legally the husband could do in relation to the entities mentioned but limited to the purposes specified only: (i.e dealing with banks etc) It would not give the wife the right to the husband's personal possessions merely to deal with third parties as his attorney. The court proceedings will decide how the assets of the parties are to be divided and it would appear to be an interim order to maintain those assets pending resolution of the matter in the court. You should consult with your solicitor representing you in the court proceedings (or consult one locally if you do not have legal representation) as to the meaning and effect of the order as without seeing the full order it is not possible to give any further information.
