all I can suggest is that he goes back to the court that issued the suspension and ask for it to be overturned.
You will need to file an application with the court.
If the court overturns the conviction then he can get his licence back.
You should arrange to have the case prepared in detail. Obtain detailed letters of employment advising the hours he has to work.
Detailing the impact on him and the family if the court does not overturn the decision.
I also do not understand why his partner did not stand up and admit that it was her that was fined and cop the punishment.
