Moved into our current house a year ago. I have an issue
My Name is***** into our current house a year ago. I have an issue with my neighbours overhanging branches which ranging between $600-$1000 quotes to cut. I have informed the power of attorney and she doesn't want to share but have told me to cut what's touching or coming into our compound basically not interested to share. As this would be a yearly cost on us and Synergy have advised the branches will affect the amount of sunshine being shaded and gutter damage as well. I have written to the Melville council and they are not able to act as the tree is in her premises and referred me to citizens bureau for advise. Could you please advise , i would be happy to share the cost because it looks like yearly maintained expenses for us and to totally cut in more of the branches than normal … read more

This has got to the point where it is damaging my health.I have had to fill in my swimming pool as I use to go through many pool pumps and it was impossible to clean . I have approached the strata where the unit is and the young guy saisy he will cut it back but never does. The strata even got a very cheap quote to cut back the tree and the owner of the unit agreed , but when the day came he threatended to take them to court if the came onto his property.Just this year the tree has had new growth and not at 4.00pm all the solar panels on my roof loose sunshine. The strata is on my side but their hands are tied .I do not know what to do as the council said it is a civil matter . … read more
