I live in NSW. I have a driveway to a battle-axe block that runs parallel to another driveway that is part of a small subdivision. The way the concrete has been set up it has created a large turning area and two way access. Over 30 years the various owners and myself have shared this as a common area for the benefit of all of us. A new owner of one of the properties maintains that the area of the subdivision is his and he has a right to dictate who can use it. The issue is not of any practical benefit to any of us.
