A Turkish court has no jurisdiction in Australia to enforce a judgement or to issue an injunction to stop you selling the property.
If your sister wants to stop you from selling she needs to come to Victoria and file an application in Victoria for an injunction or to register a caveat on the title to stop you from being able to complete.
She will need to have evidence of what the interest her mother had in the property.
If she does place a caveat on the property then your Solicitor can issue a lapsing notice to have ti removed. If she wishes to fight the lapsing notice then she has to come here and fight it in court in Victoria not in Turkey.
She needs to be able to show the interest in the property for the caveat to be allowed to stay. As her mother is deceased unless she has documentation to show that her late mother had an interest either by financing the purchase then her application has little chance f success.
