We booked a Discover Australia holiday for an All Inclusive
We booked a Discover Australia holiday for an All Inclusive touring 9 day holiday on the Indian Pacific for 21st Oct 2020 returning on 29th Oct 2020. Which we paid in full on 21st Jan 2020 with a total cost of $8423.00. The trip has been cancelled and the company's policy is to re-book at the same price or less depending on the travel dates. Only the re-book facility or ability to hold funds in credit is being provided and refunds are not being offered. So we would like to change our plans to holiday in Queensland and to do this we need a complete refund from Discover Australia and as aged pensioners we do not have further funds to do this. Will you kindly advise if there are any measures we can take to get a refund from this company. Kind Regards, Tony & Sue Shaw … read more
