His plea of guilty and his sentence have nothing to do with the claim for victims comp.
Your objection is to the decision for Compensation.
There are very limited grounds under which you can appeal the decision.
When there is a plea of guilty there is no testimony from the victim as the court only reads the police facts.
It is on the facts and the submissions from the Defendants representative that the court sentences the Defendant.
