Can i sue ebay for this. please. Item no 292886308654 At
item no 292886308654At around 10am this morning i rang you and told you that if do not cancel this persons account by 12 midnight tonight AEST ( australian time ) i will take this up with my lawyer. Ebay by not taking immediate action has allowed this seller to openly defame me on there own site. My name is***** and my name appears in this sellers description naming me as a thief. If this remains up for everyone to see on Christmas day then i will have no choice but to take action. It is now 6.24pm australian time which means you have 5 hours and 36 minutes to fix this problem. Here is a copy of the description taken at 6.24 pm. I will not be nice about this, you have plenty of time to fix this criminal activity against my name. If this is still active tomorrow (Christmas Day). i will have a screen shot showing the date and time and will deliver this with a copy of this and the other email to my solicitor. I will not get down on my hands and knees to get you to act as you should have acted by now. Now here is the copy of the description.Awa Radiolette knobs which suit the Empire state Radiolettes of the 1930s along with several models of Awa and Age Bandmaster consoles and tall timber mantel sets of the era.Group of 12 our famous Radiolette knobs - This is an Auction not a buy it now ! in you go lads more gold for the good blokes !Choice knobs to suit the sets, these are brand new and they have the brass insert along with the original type slotted grub screws. Perfect examples of what are arguably the most wanted and needed knobs of this collectible series of the 1930s vintage radios. These knobs we have in our stock of various types are totally superior to any other knobs produced. As a matter of fact we would give a 45 year ''replacement free'' guarantee, in regards ***** ***** serviceability and the long lasting durability of our knobs. Our knobs are produced in Europe to the highest standards and we have no association with the renegade supplier in the A.C.T...... Carl Tallar! If you see any of our quality products offered for sale on E bay by the stated Mr Tallar whom goes by the name of ''Jolly Roger'' on some internet sites, be ever so careful .................(its not nice) if your purchasing suspected stolen goods. The Jolly Roger, centuries before was always the aspiring name adopted by the most belligerent Pirates and thieves. I dare say his products could could be labelled with the ''Scull and Crossbones'' logo. If the A.C.T. renegade supplier has our knobs or other products, then its only because they were deceptively stolen from us by this person, in an earlier time. This accusation of theft of our goods long ago, we can prove 100% should anybody require such proof. Some people we once trusted in purchasing large quantities of goods. The A.C.T. Pirate was one whom reneged in paying for his goods, and this was just one such case.More fool us for trusting the Pirate, although this will never happen again. Our various knobs and products for vintage radio puts forward a total stock of over 7,500 pieces. Whatever you do, don't get sucked into purchasing dodgy repo parts offered by the overpriced bubble gum merchants in N.S.W.Common sense tells you that you only want to be paying for your essential parts 1 time in life, but if your buying them from the known fagins, you'l end up buying the goods 3 times over and that's not good math's. Its your hard fought monies, its to hard to get these days to be giving it away to the Shylock's for goods that we know.......are totally inferior.Photo is of many - we will put forward 1 Auction only for 12 knobs !Special Auction on the Radiolette knobs this Christmas - and the special auction ends on the 28th - so get in for your chop !Postage $8.30 i gottu pack em good !… read more
