I would contact the credit card company and dispute the charge on the account based on the reasons you have provided, they can't install them.
The credit card compant will then "suspend" the charge and write to Ozshut asking them to justify why the charge should not be reversed, which of course they can't, and then the dispute will be resolved in your favour. If Ozshut come up with a reason why the charge should remain, I'd be interested to know what it is also.
