Sorry, I didn't see your additional information when I first answered your question - its a glitch that happens sometime.
As it is a limited liability company you need to be put on the register as a shareholder. A partnership agreement is only of limited value. I suggest you put a request in writing to your brother stating that you wish to be included as a shareholder based on the partnership agreement and you wish to see the books of the company. Give him a reasonable amount of time to comply, 21 days is standard. Also put in the letter that as a shareholder you are entitled to ownership of the company and share of the profits and that if your brother refuses to do this, you will be making a claim on the company for wages as an employee which you will calculate as x (whatever market value for your skills are) per hour for x number of hours (calculate the approximate amount of time you have spent working on the business).
Hopefully you won't need a lawyer although you may. An officious letter may be sufficient to let him know you are serious.

My brother (from Australia) was living in Puerto Gallera, he was 48 years old & passed away suddenly on the 24th January from a heat attack. He was in the process of purchasing a house & had paid $900k as a deposit to the owner, i have the receipts for this. When he passed the deposit money that was paid was to be refunded back to him (to his Estate) The owner has now found a new purchaser & he has paid in full. My brothers Ex has somehow been given $200k, part of the deposit. Apparently the vendor has agreed to give the deposit back to her in 4 x instalments. I have messaged his Ex partner & tried to explain to her that all my brothers assets need to go through his Estate now & then it all gets divided up according to his Will. She is not in his Will has they have not been together for over 2 years but they have a 4 year old child together. She has sent me photos of the deposit book she has put $150k into an account (she spent the other $50k) for her daughter but im trying to tell her the money needs to be sent to Australia so we can work out his estate....
