Okay, thanks for that additional information. That should be enough for you to get a protection order against him.
In order to do so you will need to visit your local police station. It would help if you had an address for him, but the police may be able to provide this if you have his surname and mobile number.
If you do get a protection order against him, and he comes near you again, then the police will arrest him and charge him on the spot.
