What is the Bank saying your payout figure is now? If you borrowed $18,200 inclusive of interest - and have made 4 years of repayments, I would think you were close to about $4000 left to pay out?

I must say if they start talking about you losing your house they are being ridiculous and threatening in this way is extremely poor conduct on their part.
They would need to take you to court first and prove the debt and when you produce the receipts for monies paid they will not be able to get judgment unless of course you have made an error which is another situation altogether.
I will say however that as you have received a court order it will be best to see a lawyer face to face familiar with banking and commercial matters because the first thing you will need to do is have that order set aside - you want the order "suspended" so to speak until the facts you have can be presented to the Bank.
I would usually suggest that you contact the Banking and Financial Ombudsman Service ( http://www.fos.org.au/centric/home_page.jsp) for assistance but I don't want you to run out of time on this matter.
